About Mark
Mark Edelson is a self-published author, speaker, teacher, and personal coach. After graduating from Franciscan University of Steubenville with a degree in Mathematics at the top of his class, Mark went on to work for Deloitte Consulting, the world’s largest consulting firm. From this experience, he learned how to bring his love for his faith into the workplace, and he received multiple awards in recognition of his client service. From there, Mark pursued his love of teaching to become a high school math teacher at his alma mater, inspiring students to see the beauty of God’s Creation and discover God’s plan for their lives.
Using this experience, along with his personal interest in finance, Mark brought his gifts into the financial world. After working with his father as an Investment Advisor, he now serves as a Financial Coach, Certified Financial Education Instructor℠ with the National Financial Educators Council, and member of the Personal Finance Speakers Association, guiding individuals and families from a Christian perspective and helping them achieve their financial goals.
With his passion for teaching and professional background, Mark started giving talks on living out our faith in our work and in the way we manage our finances, while sharing valuable lessons from his own experience. He lives in Westchester County, New York and volunteers in his local community and Church by serving young adult groups at various parishes, teaching religious education classes, and facilitating programs for engaged couples preparing for marriage.
